(modeled after the Gameiki menu from 1.2 Terraria days) Item Browser: Press K (or whatever hotkey you've assigned) to toggle the Item Browser on and off.
You can still play, you just need the same mods when you try joining. If you don't have the mods it will automatically download the required mods when trying to join.
