20 kwi 2010 · Magpul PTS PMAGs are about the same width as metal AEG STANAGs. The only issue I'd see width wise, would be the PMAG base plate, which would probably make using them in a Strac Tech non-viable. But more importantly, it's the height that wouldn't work.
I want to install some grip tape on the mag recesses on a few Magpul mags. I wanted to know which type/brand of grip tape has the best feel? I dont want it too rough as im sure you can understand. Also, I was thinking about using white grip tape maybe. Any ideas or advice? thanks as always chaps.
That little undercut nub is exactly why I went with the Magpul. I tried either the Pakse or Yetiworks (can’t remember), and while I liked the look and the way it felt in my hand, the knuckle on my middle finger would get rubbed terribly raw on the angled bit of the trigger guard.
10 wrz 2024 · The (+) models are worth the extra money, in my opinion. The tackiness of the rubber is excellent. The front strap of the grip is ribbed for your pleasure, and overall, this grip is one of the best general-purpose grips on the market. Magpul MOE+ on a RECCE Rifle build that provides great traction.
