Happy Full Body Monday! HOLY SWEAT!! Loved the second circuit with all the snatches. Finally my hip dips have a purpose-- perfect place to rest that 10 lb weight hands-free during the side planks! Was shaking terribly during those but was able to hold for the full time. I hope we have more power-focused workouts like this one on the horizon!
