I'm thinking of getting the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card. My credit score is in the low 700s and I already have an Amazon membership. I pay off my cards every month but only have a couple of years of credit history. Worries due to the following comments on the Amazon website reviews:

Holding the card effectively gives you a 5% back on everything you buy at Amazon, Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market and on Chase Travel purchases.
The benefit is that you'll earn 5% back on Amazon purchases and at Whole Foods stores, 2% on gas, restaurants & drugstores, and 1% everywhere else. The catch is that you need to completely pay it off every month, or the interest rate will be crazy high. You also need to be an Amazon Prime member. Reply reply.
