12 gru 2022 · Roads Chairperson: Will Porter • The Roads Committee held a community meeting on Dec 10 to collect more input on the Roads plans for 2023. 3” residential blacktop will be used for estimates. Smaller speedbumps may also be used to help to reduce noise, based on experience from other neighborhoods.
Some work done but still waiting for permit from county to complete our plan. Lake survey process started. Obtained water analysis and depths in mid winter. Will take more readings in summer of 2011. This will provide a knowledge base for improving out Lake maintenance plans. Developed aggressive plan to chemically treat lakes in 2011.
3 kwi 2023 · Water. Chairpersons: Mark Somnis and Pat Gai. The Water Committee is providing detailed maps and information to the Roads Committee about pipe locations in advance of this year’s road work. In mid-May, we will be reading water meters – will be announcing on the reader board.

Four Lakes MHOA is a volunteer board of directors comprised of an appointed representative from each association. These board members oversee the overall budgeting and running of the property and its various entities including Recreation, Grounds and Maintenance and the ski hill.
Board of Directors. In collaboration with Midland and Gladwin counties, a group of volunteers came together to form FLTF. The current volunteer board of directors is made of nominated representatives from each lake association and two commissioners, one from Gladwin and Midland counties.
