The Scope of the Madison County Induction Pilot proposal is to establish an intensive mentoring program in two of our 13 public school districts, Highland and Triad. If successful, this induction program will be expanded to the other districts in Madison County.
The state has identified the regional superintendent as the primary entity to enforce the school code in public and private education for the State of Illinois. The ROEs partner with the Illinois State Board of Education to implement policy and offer professional development for teachers and administrators.
