I bought a Nikon P7000 from Calumet in Oct 2010 in LA and was sold a Mack Cam warranty. In January 2011, my camera needed some repair to the shutter and I contacted the international department at Mack for a repair authorization as I was on holiday in London.
15 maj 2009 · Pureland sent them an e-mail on March 13th asking Mack if it was OK to proceed with the order, the dolts there never responded. Then they forward me the e-mail from Pureland showing Mack's negligence.
25 maj 2011 · An email was sent to this customer which stated that his estimate was approved, attached was an approval letter indicating the approved amount without taxes. The email had also stated that Mack Camera & Video Service was not responsible for any shipping fees or taxes.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole and Cheryl at Mack Camera Warranty. My first contact date with Nicole would be May 23rd. (Nearly a month ago) Yet I'm still working on trying to get the television repaired.
I purchased a 5 yr extended warranty from Mack Camera. Back in 2009 my camera broke and couldn't read the memory card, so I sent it in for repairs. It took two months before I got it back.
