Extended warranties are all a scam from the start. They are betting that your camera will never cost that much to fix.
25 maj 2011 · Mack Camera has been corresponding with the customer since then to rectify this issue providing him with the FEDEX case number and asking for any information that they have requested. The customer has emailed Cheryl today requesting that a wire transfer be processed for the amount including the VAT.

I purchased a 5 yr extended warranty from Mack Camera. Back in 2009 my camera broke and couldn't read the memory card, so I sent it in for repairs. It took two months before I got it back.
