Disable turbo (it is not needed for games) by limiting CPU to 99% in power controls in Windows. Use Mac Fans Control with both fans triggered at 45°c to 75°c. Turn v-sync on for every game to limit frames to 60FPS max.
What I know so far is: Update to custom drivers: Bootcampdrivers. Use Mac fans control to cool your Mac and prevent throttling: MacFanControl. Other options I’ve heard been talked about are the “power options” to limit it and avoid turbocharge?, not sure what that would do for gaming do.
