Unplug any headphones or external speakers from your Mac. Make sure the cables from the display are connected to the ports on your Mac. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Sound in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

17 lip 2019 · Shut down the Macbook. Press shift + ctrl + alt and press the power button. Notice the change in power led color if the Macbook is connected to power. Note this won't start the Macbook. Now, press command + alt + P + R, and press the power button. You will see the screen flashing a couple of times.
