17 lip 2019 · What can I do to get the sound back? I did the hardware tests (pressing D while booting), and there are no issues. Also, I am pretty sure it is not a hardware issue. Is there a way to reinstall the sound drivers or something like that?
26 lis 2011 · My Macbook (the unibody aluminum version) has lost its internal speakers. When I open System Preferences -> Sound -> Output, all I see is "Digital Out". If I plug in a pair of headphones, this switches to "Headphones". I don't see "Internal Speakers" at all any more. Headphones seem to work fine.
28 kwi 2020 · There's no sound coming from the internal speakers, and the audio port lights red. In OSX, I managed to fix this problem by holding a Volume key and disconnecting the headphone jack, and miraculously, it works!
16 lut 2017 · I fixed my MacBook Air without sound (hardware test was negative for problems) by opening it up, unplugging and plugging the left and right speaker cables from the motherboard. This was done following iFixit's speaker repair steps as reference.
