4 lis 2022 · My Air is only a few weeks old and all of a sudden the keyboard stopped working. An external keyboard works (USB-C connection and bluetooth), but the internal keyboard is non-responsive except for the power button. I ran diagnostics and everything reports back okay.

Some third-party keyboards do have lock keys, and these may work, in conjunction with the keyboard’s driver software, to lock the keyboard.
