Switch between in-window control and full screen in Remote Desktop. You can control a computer either through the control window or using the entire administrator computer screen. The “Fit screen to full display” button toggles between these two modes.
5 mar 2014 · If I put the remote desktop onto a second monitor that has a different resolution, it maximizes in old-fashioned Windows mode with a title bar. if I drag it down to my laptop monitor that has the same resolution, it goes full screen.
My small laptop has a small keyboard, which lacks a Pause/Break key. Ctrl-Alt-Break toggles Full Screen mode in Windows Remote Desktop. Without a Break key, how can I enter Full Screen mode? I know I can exit fullscreen mode with the mouse. Maximizing the window doesn't help.
The “Fit screen to full display” button toggles between these two modes. In in-window mode, you can switch between fitting the client screen in the window or showing it actual size, possibly scrolling around the window to see the entire client screen.
24 maj 2011 · In more recent version of Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac, the combination is: Command-1 to switch between Window and Full Screen. If you're trying to exit Full Screen, you can also hover your mouse at the top of the screen, it'll show up the menu as below.
This can be remedied by adjusting the resolution in the RDP-connection dialog to "Full Screen". Options >> Display > Remote Desktop Size: Full Screen (to the right) Another possibility is to create a desktop shortcut for each of your frequently used resolutions.
30 paź 2012 · In the bar at the top of the Mac screen, click RDC, then preferences. The second tab is "display." There, in the dropdown menu for "remote desktop size," choose full screen. You may need to close and restart RDC for it to work.
