In in-window mode, you can switch between fitting the client screen in the window or showing it actual size, possibly scrolling around the window to see the entire client screen. In full-screen mode, the client computer screen is scaled up to completely fill the administrator screen.
5 mar 2014 · I have been using remote desktop at my office and have been using it in maximized mode, but not in full screen mode. When I press maximize, it covers the entire window but doesn't move to full screen. Recently I formatted system and now when I maximize the window, it switches to full screen.
24 maj 2011 · In more recent version of Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac, the combination is: Command-1 to switch between Window and Full Screen. If you're trying to exit Full Screen, you can also hover your mouse at the top of the screen, it'll show up the menu as below.
Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection for Mac does not have a lot of view options. Once you have connected to a remote computer you can use the items in the Remote Desktop Connection View menu to change the size of window. Your choices are: Command 1: Fit to Window. Command 2: Full Screen.
27 cze 2023 · I am trying to use Windows Remote Desktop on my new Macbook Air M2 15". It works fine in a standard size window, but as soon as it goes to full screen, it moves it to a new "space", which is fine, I like using spaces, except that it switches back to the main "space" almost immediately, and then i get stuck in limbo.
17 kwi 2017 · Figured it out: pressing F9 (Or Fn-F9 if you're on a MacBook or using a Apple keyboard) when the Screen Sharing window is active will bring up Mission Control on the remote machine and you can switch between desktops and full screen applications.
This can be remedied by adjusting the resolution in the RDP-connection dialog to "Full Screen". Options >> Display > Remote Desktop Size: Full Screen (to the right) Another possibility is to create a desktop shortcut for each of your frequently used resolutions.
