I have recently updated my M1 air to Monterey, and I have encountered a weird issue with my Magic Mouse. basically the touch surface randomly stops working every now and then. While this happens the click and the pointer movements still work fine, but I am no able to access any of the gestures.
I use MX3 (not S) and it works on my MacBook Pro, Mac Studio and even my Windows Laptop perfectly. Try updating firmware for your mice and macOS if you can. Also, try changing your browser to see if others have same behaviour.
29 paź 2024 · I received my new Magic Mouse USB-C model, running 3.1.4. The issue is that it does not scroll up or down when swiping on the surface. I tried it on 2 macbooks. The mouse does not scroll. I can click and point, but not scroll. My old magic mouse scrolls fine. I spoke to a senior support specialist this morning.
9 lip 2023 · It's about 4 years old and was working perfectly fine till yesterday morning, when it refused to connect. I tried switching the mouse off and on, restarted my Mac, connected the mouse to the Mac with the USB cable to charge it, removed the mouse from the list of bluetooth devices to try and pair it again....but now I am really stuck !
2 lis 2021 · I tried all the recommended troubleshooting ideas; reconnecting, switch on and off, plug into Mac for 1 minute but in the end decided it was faulty and bought a new Magic Mouse. The new mouse is doing the exact same.
