15 kwi 2023 · Hi there, my 2020 MacBook Air is running Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261). Recently, I found that videos and streaming content would not go full screen. Have tried everything but none of the options for making the content full screen appear to work.

3 kwi 2022 · I am not able to do a full screen on safari for videos on youtube, Netflix, etc. When I click on the full-screen option or F, it says, Click of exit FullScreen. How can I fix this problem?
31 maj 2018 · I see that, when you use Safari, you're unable to play videos in full-screen. Great job on checking the extensions you're using, and I'm happy to help. How to use Internet plug-ins in Safari for Mac-- Check the Internet plug-ins that are installed and make sure they're up-to-date.
I’m new the Mac OS(M1 chip) and I’ve notice that when ever I’m in full screen for videos a black bar of the top and the bottom of the video remains whenever I put a video in full screen. My Windows computers have never don’t this; I think it’s so weird. Does anyone know how to fix this?
25 maj 2015 · I found a way how to fix this. First exit full screen mode (control+command+F). Your browser or YouTube should be open in a small window. And then try to put the video on full screen....
When watching a video on YouTube (or any other streaming service) – I use mainly Safari, sometimes Chrome, with the same result – when I switch to fullscreen, the video goes fullscreen in a new "Space" (virtual screen).
