If the senior citizen had a taxable income of not more than $23,850 for Virginia income tax purposes for the year preceding the year in which enrollment is sought, the individual may take a course for academic credit.

To request a tuition deposit waiver, the accepted student needs to fill out a response form and attach a copy of the Student Aid Report. This can be done electronically and sent via email to ugrad@vcu.edu, by fax to (804) 828-1899, brought in person to the Office of Admissions, or mailed to 821 West Franklin St., Richmond, VA 23284.
Students must pay all applicable tuition, housing and dining charges, and other fees when due, as described in this section. Students are notified at their official VCU email address when their bills are available on the billing and payment site.
