Pay by Mail: The Kansas Payment Center (KPC) also accepts checks and money orders sent by mail to the address below. DO NOT SEND CASH. Please make your check or money order payable to the Kansas Payment Center. Include the following with your support payment:
If you have questions or run into difficulty while registering, call KPC Customer Service at 1-877-572-5722 for help during weekday business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday except State holidays).
Call 816-513-0567 from the phone number associated with your account. The system will recognize your phone number on file. The first time you call, have your 16-digit account number handy. Your account number appears in bold on your bill; exclude the last digit when using this system.

Payments are also accepted by mail (check only). Water bill inquiries and payments can also be made through an automated voice response system 24 hours per day by calling 816-513-0567.
