18 maj 2013 · On the top of most pay scales, there are notations like BA, MA etc... I know that they mean Bachelors & Masters, but what does +15 and +30 mean after that? Would MA + 15 mean that someone completed a masters and then another 15 credits? And does it matter how many credits are in that masters degree?

"60 semester graduate units Includes M.A." likely means that she can count her M.A. credits as part of the 60 hour requirement. If her M.A. required 36 hours, she could qualify with an additional 24 hours.
