  2. 22 lis 2016 · What reference source did you use to find out the magazine manufactures? Those five digit strings are CAGE codes. You can Google them or look them up in BINCS to decode them.

  4. 2 lis 2013 · Mr. Poyer says the Type 3 magazines (two tone w/lanyard loop) were issued from serial #s 42,001 - 125,566, or from circa mid 1913 through 1915. Type 4 magazines followed and were issued from circa 1916 through the transition models to the M1911A1.

  6. Most of he 10 round M1911 magazines on the market are not worth buying. The only exceptions are those made by Colt, Metalform, and Wilson-Rogers. After-market copies.
