7 cze 2024 · The recommended target dosage of SUBOXONE sublingual film during maintenance is 16 mg/4 mg buprenorphine/naloxone/day as a single daily dose. Dosages higher than 24 mg/6 mg daily have not been demonstrated to provide a clinical advantage.
SUBOXONE® sublingual film contains buprenorphine, a partial‐opioid agonist, and naloxone, an opioid antagonist, and is indicated for treatment of opioid dependence.
For simplicity, dosing information here refers to sublingual Suboxone or generic equivalents. An 8 mg/2 mg dosage of sublingual Suboxone is equivalent to 5.7 mg/1.4 mg of sublingual Zubsolv and 4.2 mg/0.7 mg of buccal Bunavail.
The dose can be made up from multiple Suboxone tablets of different strengths, which may be taken all at the same time or in two divided portions; the second portion to be taken directly after the first portion has dissolved.
