21 cze 2020 · I've only come across one planet that wasn't discovered by me, when I joined my friends game. Now, when I am in singleplayer and use his system to travel, it actually says it was discovered by him. make sure you are in the same system.
Someone did the math and if you could land on 1 planet per second in this game, with 18 quintillion planets, it would take longer than the current age of the universe to visit them all.
So you should go to planet New Asony, landing at any place Exit your ship (game will make a save) and Reload Restore point. Return to Sentinel Pillar and take your Multi tool. If you still have a questions you feel free to ask.
