After shipping it with UPS and receiving confirmation that it was delivered, I contacted Luxury Lane only to speak to a rude customer service gentleman who informed me that all returns and exchanges take 2 weeks to process.

12 cze 2008 · I could not get thru to their Customer Service by phone no one picks up or returns messages. One is only able to communicate by e-mail and their replies were unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company! The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
