The Region of the Garasenes (Luke 8:26) Apparently the incident of the demonized man of the Garasenes follows closely on the heels of Jesus giving the Parable of the Soils. Jesus has been surrounded by huge crowds (8:4, 19).

23 cze 2013 · Jesus awakes and “rebuked the wind and the raging waves, and they ceased” (8:22-25). The disciples may well have thought of the storm as a force of evil, and Jesus shows his command even of the forces of nature.
