Luga (Russian: Лу́га; Finnish: Ylä-Laukaa or Laukaa; Votic: Laugaz; Estonian: Luuga) is a town and the administrative center of Luzhsky District in Leningrad Oblast, Russia, located on the Luga River 140 kilometers (87 mi) south of St. Petersburg.
