Here are some pdf form fillable spell cards that you can customize and print off. I've found them quite helpful for having a quick reference for your spell rules. It looks like I made sheets for Bard, Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Ranger, Sorcerer, Warlock, and Wizard.

I previously posted a homebrew template I made to help anyone make their own homebrew spell cards for their games. I've since revamped the form fillable version of them to be easier to use and added an ink saving option for the backs.
