I booted it to an XP Pro CD, but the Repair install option (not recovery console) doesn't appear. After pressing F8 to accept the EULA, it says, Loading setupp.ini, then immediately goes to a partition list (it never says Searching for previous installations of Microsoft Windows).
29 cze 2010 · You can do a repair install with a copy of XP which matches the version (Home/Pro/Media Center - retail/OEM) and Service Pack level of Windows installed. You cannot do this without the CD. You must have a legal copy of Windows XP with its Product Key in order to do a full reinstall of Windows.

27 cze 2012 · You can page up or page down. Read the entire EULA agreement. However, there is no apparent way to proceed past that. If I hit ESC, the program (setup, EULA screen) is exitted, stating that the computer will reboot in 15 seconds and that Windows XP was not installed.
