If you have registered your email address (and have received some free gems) with the game in past, you can try recovering your progress with a re-install and re-register. If not, you will need to seek further assistance from the Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page.

In order to get help to recover your game progress, you need to send in a Help Ticket from your in-game app. A Help Ticket from your in-game account is a message that brings through needed details directly to mobile advisors.
If this does not resolve the issue, create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.
