Terrible customer service Lomi will not work as it indicates a jam. Cannot contract customer service because they only respond by email. It’s 6 months old with a three year warranty. I am expected to fix it myself. Despite telling customer service not to send charcoal, as machine is defective they charged my card.
4 wrz 2022 · I emailed them when it stopped working in mid-May. It took 6 days for them to respond to my email and only after I sent a second, not so nice, follow up. They wanted a video of what it was doing. I sent that. Then they wanted to know "what address" to ship the replacement parts to so I could repair it myself.

I received mine yesterday after ordering in July and starting to panic that I got scammed. The auto reply email from their company was written in November or December. They gave me three different “ship by” dates and when two came and went, I told them to cancel my order.
My wife and I are thinking of ordering this countertop composter that claims to easily transform kitchen waste into usable soil in as little as a few hours. It sounds magical, but it's also $500 USD which seems a little crazy to me. Wondering if anyone has had an experience with this product (or any similar one) and could share feedback.

9 cze 2023 · The company released the new Lomi Bloom in late 2023 (now called Lomi 2) – and the update does fix both of my complaints about the original Lomi. Still though, when they first launched the Bloom, I thought that for a $100 price increase… not much had changed.
