Zrobicie to wchodząc w TEN LINK. Możecie to także zrobić z poziomu oficjalnej strony League of Legends. Tam kliknijcie Graj teraz, a następnie w lewym górnym rogu w rozwijanym menu Region wybierzcie PBE (English). Upewnijcie się, że na pewno wybraliście ten region!
If it says "PBE is unavailable in your region" after logging into your Live account, do not click on the option to switch accounts. Just close the prompt and it will likely proceed as normal if you logged into the correct account.
28 cze 2024 · You no longer need a separate client to get into the PBE! Just follow these steps: Log into the Riot Client using your PBE Account; Select League of Legends; Click the small down arrow to the right of the Play button and choose League of Legends PBE; Enjoy!

So yes, in order to change between the two regions, you must log out in order to switch accounts. Accounts are only "linked" in the sense that Riot knows which PBE account belongs to which Live account. This is done upon creating the PBE account and cannot be changed after that.
