Accessing myUCF. The myUCF portal is an online student’s No. 1 resource for all personal records, academic history and financial aid information. Accessible from anywhere, the myUCF portal provides the following services: Search for and enroll in courses. Update contact information.
Once you have your NID and password, log into: myUCF > Student Self Service > Student Center. Look for and pull down the menu for “other academic…”, choose the option that you need (e.g., Transcript: Request Official or Grades), click on the » button, and follow those instructions.

Your UCF ID is the number you will use to identify yourself when you call or visit offices across campus, including Undergraduate Admissions. To obtain your UCF ID, go to myUCF, log in using your NID and password, click Student Self Service > Personal Information >UCF ID Info.
Once you have successfully navigated to Webcourses@UCF using one of the methods above, you will be prompted to enter your NID@ucf.edu. Doing so will route you to Microsoft Authenticator (for students) or Duo (for staff) depending on your role at UCF.
