  4. Student Self-Service Reminder for Students: Sign into Webcourses using your NID account (not your Knights Email address which might already be signed in) to enroll it in MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.

  5. Once you have successfully navigated to Webcourses@UCF using one of the methods above, you will be prompted to enter your NID@ucf.edu. Doing so will route you to Microsoft Authenticator (for students) or Duo (for staff) depending on your role at UCF.

  6. Once you have your NID and password, log into: myUCF > Student Self Service > Student Center. Look for and pull down the menu for “other academic…”, choose the option that you need (e.g., Transcript: Request Official or Grades), click on the » button, and follow those instructions.

  7. Log in to Webcourses@UCF regularly to keep up-to-date on your courses. Keep an eye out for any Holds or To-Dos on your account in myUCF. Know when the withdrawal deadline is by checking the Academic Calendar. Check myUCF for your Enrollment Appointment.
