If so, delete it and install it from here, this is a new version, all lock-on mods on nexus doesn't work with current Skyrim. It's not hard to make a change to a ini, just click the file and you'll find instructions to change the key you want the lock-on to work.

(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18086) Press LockOnKey (C by default) to lock on the target closest to the crosshair. Switch targets by pressing SwitchTargetKey (V by default). Displays the target in EnemyHealth of HUDMenu.
