28 paź 2011 · Since there's been a tiny bit of talk (controversy?) of SOPMOD stocks produced by B5 Systems, I figured that maybe I should do a quick review of a B5 SOPMOD that I purchased new from Rally Point Tactical and compare it to my LMT SOPMOD.
LMT and B5 are very similar texture and quality wise. I bought the LMT SOPMOD because I just can't stand the color difference of the B5s. LMT's FDE matches all other accessories on my MK18 perfectly. I personally find the B5 versions to be close enough, and you can always catch them on sale for around $75.
Has anyone compared the two in terms of snugness? Is the B5 Systems as snug and wobble-free as the LMT Sopmod Stock? Specifically referring to the B…
Functionally, no difference. Big dick swingin, LMT. ~$150. There is a ton of mixed information and comparisons. The summary is: LMTs have a tighter fit designed for their own buffer tube and a few others. B5 is more generic. LMTs fit in some weird clone-land niche that B5 does not.
21 sie 2018 · I am however caught between grabbing a cheaper contract version B5 or a newer B5. Does anyone know if there are really any differences between the two? Thanks all!

5 lip 2019 · Primary Arms has Gen 1 B5 Enhanced SOPMODs on sale right now for $74.99. Gen 2 Enhanced SOPMODs are on sale for $79.99. Those are the ones I'm talking about. The mil contract versions of their stock fit tighter than their commercial variants, and they also omit the B5 branding molded into the body. They are perfect for cloning a military carbine.
