14 lip 2009 · Subject: Works good. It works good on my OptiPlex 3040 SFF. I did have to inject usb drivers though. But it doesn't say in the listing that usb drivers come pre-installed, so for me this gets a rating of 5 stars.
27 gru 2006 · This is my LM4562 based preamplifier. Noise free and transparent sound - this is what I can say after first tests. Output offset voltage (even without DC blocking caps) - about 1-3mV. This PCB can be used for every dual op-amp. I used R3,R9: 2k, R4,R10: 680R. schematic
