Best thing: Riverview Park area/Ogden is great. I was able to buy a place in the Heights, which I couldn't do downtown. Worst thing: Heights is entirely too car-centric and it needs more stuff. It needs more shops, a Korean grocer or two, more restaurants that are halfway decent, more bars and more streets that feel safe to walk on as a pedestrian.
