Caspers Wilderness Park is an 8,000 acre protected wilderness preserve nestled among the river terraces and sandstone canyons of the western coastal Santa Ana Mountains. The park's many fertile valleys are overtly complemented by specimen groves of native Coastal Live Oak and magnificent stands of California Sycamore.

We camped at live oak camp and enjoyed exploring and relaxing at our camp site. Love oak is set back from the highway with a ridge between that helps buffer the road noise so it's very quiet with views of nature all around.
25 sty 2016 · We booked spot 10 in the Live Oak Campground. There are no electricity hook ups, but there are plenty of water spigots. Some are even inside the individual sites.
