Tap Settings. Scroll to Preferences. Tap Open Directions With… Select your preferred map.

Same problem here. I'm thinking in my case there may be a disconnect between O365 Personal in a browser and the Outlook Desktop client. The add-in for Bing Maps show installed in manage add-ins, but there is no indication of its existence in the client.
Map multiple locations, get transit/walking/driving directions, view live traffic conditions, plan trips, view satellite, aerial and street side imagery. Do more with Bing Maps.
2 lut 2021 · Learn how to customize the Map It function for Contacts. With these tweaks you can change the mapping from Bing Maps to Goolge Maps or any other mapping service. You can also modify it to have it act like a route planner and get driving directions to the contact as well.
