Church members can submit names to prayer rolls by visiting the information page of any temple. On the page, simply click on the prayer roll link. You may then enter the names of up to five individuals per request. Names submitted to a temple prayer roll remain on the list for two weeks.
An online system has been created to allow members to send the names of family or friends to the temple for the purpose of having those names placed on the prayer roll.
