Requesting that a person’s name be added to an LDS temple’s prayer roll is a simple process. Church members can submit names to prayer rolls by visiting the information page of any temple. On the page, simply click on the prayer roll link.

Requests to place a name on the temple prayer rolls can now be made by visiting any temple’s information page at ChurchofJesusChrist.org/temples and clicking the prayer roll link. Requests can also be made through the “Temples” section of the Member Tools mobile app.

Any member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints may now visit any temple’s information page and then click on the prayer roll link.
