Weighing 20 kg—2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) of oral liquid or 1 tablet 2 times a day for 10 days. Weighing 10 kg—1 teaspoonful (5 mL) of oral liquid 2 times a day for 10 days. Children younger than 2 months of age—Use is not recommended.
