23 sie 2015 · Today, turned it on with hesitation, then I turned it off and now it won't power back up. I checked all the obvious like the reset button on the back, kinks/cuts in the power wire, voltage to power source but still not having luck with it.

2 mar 2009 · There's a thermal circuit breaker in these, well at least in my Weld Pak 100. Let it cool twenty minutes or so and she'll likely fire back up. Pay attention to stickout on these, if the tip is constantly dragging the puddle I think it can try to draw too much current and make the breaker trip.
28 lut 2019 · Unlatch the tension wheel on top of the wire feed wheel. Then power on the welder and pull the trigger. If the wheel turns the wire is probably stuck. Usually it's the tip which is cheap and easy to replace. If the drive wheel doesn't turn then it's probably either the switch or drive motor.
