1 lip 2008 · I am getting ready to rebuild an F-163 from a Lincoln SA-200. It's been a while but I'm back at it again. I just sold my1975 Miller BIG 40 I restored last year.
The instructions on the following pages have been written with this in mind, to give the operator a better understanding of the various problems which may arise, and the manner in which these problems can best be solved or avoided.
13 lip 2016 · Remove main armature fan/flex plate bolts. Rotate armature 1/8th turn to disengage from flywheel. I'm still a bit unfamiliar with everything here, and this would definitely be my first time playing with a generator, but everything seems to be in decent condition.

Can't get the governer/idle control to work on my lincoln sa-200. It has the f163 cont. engine,the diaphram is good in the idler and the lever moves on the governer when you rev it up. I need to know the correct way to adjust everything to make it work the way it should.
