City Council's Regular Meeting agenda and supporting materials may be viewed online or at the City Clerk's office at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. For special meetings (meetings not held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 7pm), the agenda will be published at least 24 hours before the meeting.

2024 Strategic Agenda. The San Carlos Strategic Plan identifies current issues, needs, and interests that are of strategic importance to the quality of life of the community. Addressing these issues requires the leadership focus of the City’s elected officials and professional staff for an extended period of time, typically several years.
