9 lut 2020 · The COVID-19 epidemic spreads rapidly by human-to-human transmission, and patients with elder age, chronic comorbidities, blood leukocyte/lymphocyte count, procalcitonin level, co-infection and severe complications might increase the risk of poor clinical outcomes.
The results of the random effects model meta‐analysis showed that the fatality rate of the COVID‐19 patients was 5% (95% CI [0.01, 0.11]) (Figure 2C). The sensitivity analysis (Supporting Information Materials) showed that Guan et al's study had impact on the results of this meta‐analysis.
