So the LG CX has a setting you need to disable because the pc doesn't support it. On the TV go to 'All Settings' then 'Picture' then 'Additional Settings' then 'HDMI Ultra HD Deep Colour' and turn it off for the hdmi port you are using.

19 lip 2023 · I have an LG TV (model 65UK7500PJA) and have been using two HDMI ports. Unfortunately, when I try to connect new Dell models like Latitude 5430 and 5440, it doesn't seem to work. However, the older Dell models (Latitude 7390, 7490, 7270) work perfectly fine with the LG TV.
Disabling the setting immediately fixed my problem. Go to Settings>Picture>Additional Settings on your LG TV to check the setting on your unit. Sounds like a cable issue, as cables are used the connections wear down. 4K isn’t the easiest to send over HDMI so try a new 4K certified cable.
