G3 feels like getting your first OLED again and watching that HDR/DV 4K movie or show you have been waiting to see with proper TV. You didn’t tell the size, but if you are buying 83”, C3 will give better value for money (if that matters to you). But 77” or anything below, G3 is the way.
Been doing research for a while and all YouTube videos, tv comparisons, and Reddit threads seem to point to the g3 besting the c3. I’m patiently waiting for the 77” g3 to drop.
I'm not a gamer but everything I have read says the opposite - LG is great for gaming - and a lot depends on how one configures the LG. RTings gives the G3 a 9.1 for gaming. Reply reply
The G3's main advantages are in brighter rooms as it is considerably brighter than C3 and also has a much better anti-glare screen coating to cut down on reflections. My main TV room has huge south facing windows.
