25 mar 2021 · I will answer - I looked at the graphs for measuring the power of a car with a supercharging kit from TTE. These guys got 204 horsepower with a 0.35 bar boost. In the TTE kit, the same brain deception scheme was used as we do - limiting the output voltage from the map.
8 wrz 2015 · Going for a stage 1 turbo (approx. 240 bhp. his car does a 1/4tr mile in 14 seconds), lightened flywheel new clutch, recon lsd from a sport model, all fitted and set up for just under £3.5k. I did speak to TDI a few years back when I had my sway bars on order and they wanted £6k just for the turbo.
17 cze 2000 · I purchased a IS200 with the intention of turbocharging the engine. Before installing the turbocharger I ran some tests on the air fuel ratios of the standard engine. To my disbelief I found that the engine, at its maximum torque rpm under full load, the air fuel ratio was 10.5:1 and at maximum rpm and load 11.2:1.
