If you notice that your screen flickers randomly every once in a while (like every 10 minutes), try disabling Panel Self Refresh in Intel Command Center. That somewhat resolved this problem for me. I have also noticed that my laptop screen flickers similarly when I play videos with Movies and TV app in fullscreen.
