I got one of those just today! It’s a scam. I use my personal cell phone number for work so I have to answer every call— even if it’s an unknown number. Answering those calls puts you on a list for more. The more attention you give them, the more different tactics they will try.

I've had a few cases over the past 28 months with Legal Aid and I'll rate the service 10%. I even lodged a complaint in February 2024 at Legal Aid and it's stated that I'd be contacted with regards to my complaint within 2 days.
